Early-Bird/Presenter Registration deadline will close on 30 November 2026 (this date in Australia). 

Conference registration will close on 16 January 2027 (this date in Australia).

After registration, if required, please email office@aares.org.au to request an invitation letter to support Visa applications.

You can request a refund (via email) if your Visa application is denied, however please note AARES policy here:

• If a cancellation request is received more than 30 days before 01/02/27 (this date in Australia), a refund will be processed.

• If a cancellation notice is received 15 to 30 days before 01/02/27 (this date in Australia), a refund will be processed, less 50% of the registration fee.

• If a cancellation notice is received after 16 January 2027 (this date in Australia), no refund will be issued.

Single Day Conference Registration—Ordinary Member = AUD$300.00 (AUD$340.00 after December 1, 2026)

This includes registration for a single date (either 03/02, 04/02 or 05/02) 

Single Day Conference Registration— Student/Emeritus/International: Developing Country Member = AUD$130.00 (AUD$190.00 after December 1, 2026)
